(Yes I realize my specc is odd, but basically I picked up Ancestral healing and 1/3 Healing way because on patchwerk and other similarly hard hitting bosses an extra 5% mitigation for a tank might keep them alive, whereas with an extra 60 healing I am just adding slightly more to my overhealing. Ideally I would like to be specced 0/17/54 or 0/16/55

Previous Guilds: Ninja Warriors, Envision, Fallen Saints and Reservoir Dogs
Why Did you leave that Guild/s? I left Ninja Warriors because it began to fall apart as raiders stopped showing up because of scheduling conflicts. Left Envision because it also began to fall apart because the Guild Leader got hacked. I got kicked out of Fallen Saints because the leadership felt that they were too shaman heavy and wanted to enter the expansion with only 2 resto shamans instead of 5. I left Reservoir Dogs because a bunch of raiders quit to join other guilds and many more left due to our inability to piece together raids.

Previous Raid experience?
I have raided all of Pre-BC.
On my Orc hunter redrum (that's murder backwards) on Dragonblight I got a good deal of experience, clearing much of naxx except for 4 horsemen. On my Human holy paladin (name is davechapally) which I raided on early BC I cleared Archimonde and Illidan pre-2.3. Then I lost interest in my paladin and began leveling a shaman (here I am now). On my Shaman I raided all of TK minus Kael'Thas and raided 2/6 SSC (Lurker and Hydross) pre patch. Then after 2.4 I killed Rage Winterchill with Envision. I then joined Fallen Saints in which I cleared BT and MH with them (it was on farm for them) a couple of times before taking some time off for school (this was after I got kicked.) Post 2.4.2 Patch, I joined Reservoir Dogs in which I helped them get 4/5 MH and 9/9 BT while also killing Lady Vashj and Kael. In Wotlk with the Reservoir Dogs, I cleared Spider Wing, Military Wing up to 4 horsemen, Construct Wing (kiled Patchwerk, Grobbulus and Gluth. Numerous other alts I have raided on, but mostly in the SSC/TK level or BWL/AQ20 level.

If we are to raid Sunday, Monday, Thursday from 8pm to 12pm server time, what % of the raids would you be able to attend? All of them. My current schedule that I raid (MTWTF) starts at 8 PM and 12 PM in which I am late for 2 days out of the week because of sports practices (I go three times per week) However this schedule works out perfectly for me because I can go to my practice on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and therefore not miss any raids. However a handful of weekends I will be away on a debate trip(Yes i'm a debate nerd), however I will try to inform you of such scheduling conflicts a week in advance.
We run on a attendance/skill based loot council, would you be ok with that? Yes, I believe this is most fair, as evidenced in other guilds' failed looting policies.
Are you able to take criticism, and allowed to be helped to be a better player OR help other players to become a better one themselves? Yes. I thrive on criticism and believe it helps me get better. I constantly strive to be a better healer and player as evidenced in my expansive knowledge of many classes. (Me and my brother have leveled and raided on dozens of characters.) I constantly read Elitist Jerks and the Shaman Class Forums

Addons that I use include clique, grid, pitbull, bartender3, deadly boss mods, atlasloot,closetgnome, and comex. I make alot of macros as well.

Also I have a pretty good elemental set. I can do upwards of about 1800 dps on a raid boss without buffs and around 2100 dps on a raid boss with full debuffs (misery, curse of elements, scorch-just all of it) though I would prefer to stick resto. I am willing to switch back and forth between specs.
