So I'm reading the aforementioned Watchmen right now, and I just want to say that it's giddy-like-a-school-girl good. It's the only source of happiness in my life. Also, you should read it.

What's it about?

It's a superhero comic, but it takes place after the public has become disenchanted with them, so now all the superheroes are retired and it's illegal to fight crime. What really makes it great is that the heroes are very real in a gritty sense. The Captain America equivalent is a emotionally crippled Veit Naam vet and the Superman equivalent needs to be convinced that mere mortal humans are acutally worth his interest. It's awesome, I'll let you borrow it sometime.

Oh lmao, that's the movie that is coming out. Sounds awesome.
